Shot Peening Media

We use all customary shot peening media:

  • Spherical cut wire according to VDFI or AMS
  • Steel iron shot
  • Stainless steel shot
  • Cast iron shot (very hard)
  • Spherical aluminum shot
  • Ceramic beads
  • Glass beads

Equal quality in the process of shot peening and blasting is only possible with continuous control and preparation (cleaning, separating and sorting) of the shot peening media.
